Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold by Forex Trading Tools are downloadable digital software — specifically MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5) indicators and expert advisors. Although EU Directive 2011/83/EU excludes digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal once download has begun, we voluntarily offer a guarantee that goes well beyond that statutory minimum, as described below.

2. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind everything we build. Every paid product comes with a 60-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, request a refund within 60 calendar days of the original purchase date and we will refund the full purchase price. This guarantee reflects our confidence in product quality and our commitment to trader satisfaction.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund request is eligible if the following conditions are met:

• (a) Within the window: The refund request is submitted within 60 calendar days of the purchase date.
• (b) Original purchaser: The request is made by the person or entity that placed the order, from the purchase email address or with the order number / PayPal transaction ID.

No further justification is required — dissatisfaction for any reason qualifies. Refunds are not issued once the 60-day window has elapsed, and repeated purchase-refund cycles of the same product may be declined as abuse of the guarantee.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email support@forextradingtools.eu with the subject line “Refund Request – [Order Number]” and include:

• Your order number or PayPal transaction ID.
• The name of the product you are requesting a refund for.
• A description of the issue you experienced, including any error messages.
• Screenshots or a short screen recording of the problem (where applicable) — this significantly speeds up resolution.

We will respond within 2 business days. In many cases we can resolve the issue without a refund; if not, we will process your refund promptly.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original PayPal payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. We will send a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated on our end.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

We strongly prefer to resolve any dissatisfaction directly and promptly. If you encounter an issue, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account and access to purchased products. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks where a refund was not requested through our standard process and where the product functioned as described.

7. Updates and Version Access

Each purchase includes access to all minor version updates (bug fixes, MT5 compatibility patches, and performance improvements) released within 12 months of your purchase date. This is a one-time purchase — not a subscription — and no refund is offered for the expiry of the update access period. Major version upgrades (significant new features or rewrites) may be offered separately at a discounted upgrade price to existing licence holders.

8. GDPR and EU Consumer Rights

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days unless you have expressly consented to delivery beginning immediately and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost upon download. By clicking the download link after purchase, you confirm this consent. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable EU or national consumer protection law.
